Returns & Refunds


  • ​We have a 14 day return policy in the event that garments arrive either damaged or are not suitable (wrong size). 

  • The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.

  • Should the customer wish to exchange the returned items (to the same value) then we will gladly do this and cover the postage cost of the new items.

  • Returns to be sent to; UKTR Apparel, 29 Rose Hill, St Blazey, Par, Cornwall, PL24 2LQ


  • Any returned items that do not wish to be exchanged may be eligible for a refund, providing that the garments are returned to us clean and as new within the 14 day return period. Damaged goods may also be eligible for a refund providing that the damage has been caused during transit and will be looked into on a case-by-case basis - please contact us in advance if the garments have arrived damaged, providing photos.

  • In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you asap to either arrange an exchange for a new item or a refund (customer's choice).

  • Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 5 days. We will endeavour to process these within 24 hours. 

  • Please be aware that different banks have different processing times, so even though we may issue the refund within 1-5 days, your bank may take an additional 1-3 days to process the payment into your account.
